A self described ‘Kodak Kid’, like many who grew up in WNY, Dr. Sunki has always embraced his Rochester roots to the fullest. As a son of Nigerian immigrants, the value of hard work and a joyful spirit also have never escaped him.
His journey into medicine, now over 10 years deep, has taught him many things. Among those, the relationship between patient and doctor is an intimate one and requires the utmost of trust…Laughter is great medicine even in the throws of some challenging times…And lastly, people are not numbers or dollar signs, there’s a whole lifetime of experiences behind the eyes he’s peered across from.
